Papillon Ribbon and Bow, Inc. is hiring a salesperson to grow assigned accounts, win back lapsed customers, and open new B2B accounts in packaging, ribbon, gift boxes, and branded presentation products.

The role blends outbound outreach with hands-on quoting and collaboration with our production team. You will manage accounts, quote, sample, and move buyers from quote to order, with base pay plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales to packaging or gift-related industries.
• Comfort with proactive cold outreach and outbound calling.
• Ability to manage quotes and move prospects through to order.

Responsibilities

• Grow and protect assigned accounts: know when they reorder and what project is next.
• Win back lapsed customers and open new accounts from a researched target list.
• Prospect a named B2B target list and handle custom packaging inquiries end to end.
• Keep accounts, quotes, and next steps current so nothing slips.
