Job summary

PowerPak is hiring an Account Development Representative in Congers, NY. This on-site role focuses on learning existing customer buying patterns to increase order frequency and expand product mix.

You will make a high volume of outbound calls, manage a pipeline, and develop account growth plans. Expect coaching, performance-based targets, and a clear, KPI-driven environment with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfort with CRM systems, a softphone, and professional email
• A reliable system for managing tasks and follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to customers in book, follow-ups, and courtesy calls to find needs and win orders
• Manage pipeline and move opportunities to clear outcomes
• Study how each account buys and build a plan to grow it
• Review new online customers and new logos; qualify or route to BDM
• Research products, build quotes, and help resolve order issues
• Maintain accurate records and prioritize daily calls
