You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, partner with Marketing, and build scalable onboarding programs, 30-60-90 day plans, and effective training materials to accelerate reps' productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, SaaS Sales, or a related role.
• Strong B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience with CRM administration and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Own new-hire onboarding, including 30-60-90 day plans.
• Train and support Account Executives and SDRs.
• Develop and maintain sales training, content, and the company's Sales Handbook.
• Manage and optimize the CRM, including data, reporting, and workflows.
• Help improve sales processes, pipeline management, and best practices.
• Participate in hiring and interviewing new sales team members.
• Help reps manage and prioritize their constantly changing target account lists.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging, tools, and sales resources.
