Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver programs that accelerate onboarding, improve salesperson effectiveness, and strengthen CRM adoption across the team. Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience in sales training, coaching, or leadership preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• CRM experience (SalesChain experience is a plus).
• Experience in office technology, managed IT, software, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire sales onboarding and a structured 1-year training and development program
• Deliver sales skills training, workshops, and coaching sessions
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching with sales representatives
• Train and reinforce CRM (SalesChain) best practices
• Develop and maintain sales training materials and resources
• Coordinate product and solution training with vendors and internal teams
• Support managers with coaching tools, assessments, and development plans
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
