Job summary

Filevine is seeking a dedicated Sales Enablement lead to shape how BDRs learn, from onboarding to ongoing skill development. You will run monthly onboarding, craft the training curriculum, and manage the mentor program to accelerate ramp and continual improvement.

You'll coach on live calls, optimize content with data, and partner with teams to drive higher pipeline conversion and engagement across stages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement or SaaS training.
• Experience developing inbound/outbound sales training.
• Strong instructional design and adult-learning principles.
• Proficiency with B2B SaaS tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, GTM Buddy.

Responsibilities

• Run two-week onboarding program for monthly BDR cohorts.
• Build curriculum covering our tech stack and sales methodology.
• Set clear expectations and track progress through the first 90 days.
• Coach new BDRs on live calls and give feedback using Gong.
• Design coaching programs to improve SQL-to-SAL conversion.
• Lead 1:1 and group coaching, performance clinics, and enablement sprints.
