Vensure Employer Solutions, a leading HR technology and services provider, seeks a Sales Enablement professional to drive growth through learning materials, content, and training across the sales organization.

You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product to deploy and maintain training initiatives, measure impact, and ensure strategic alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across virtual and in-person settings.
• Experience in sales enablement, marketing, or learning management environments.
• Strong project management skills with ownership and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales content, tools, and training resources.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams and partners.
• Lead workshops to improve product knowledge and selling skills across channels.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, revenue ops, and product teams to align initiatives.
