Bobyard is seeking a Sales Enablement & Training Manager in San Francisco to build onboarding and ramp programs for the sales team, sharpen messaging for a tough buyer, and ensure reps can execute a repeatable sales process from first call to close.

The role is high-ownership, building from scratch with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Product, reporting directly to leadership on what moves the needle.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or related revenue role, ideally at a startup that scaled quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and own onboarding for new AEs and SDRs across trade verticals.
• Design and run a certification program reps must pass before demos or calls.
