Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients across multiple industry sectors, focusing on hospitality, healthcare, retail, and food & beverage. You will learn our programs, identify infestations, and present tailored proposals to grow the business.

You will develop territory strategies, build lasting customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through a structured training program and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred, with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings; maintain knowledge.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company's CRM.
