Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients across hospitality, healthcare, retail, and food & beverage sectors. You will train in our programs and become proficient in inspecting infestations and presenting effective proposals.

You will build relationships, manage a territory, and use CRM daily to track opportunities and performance. A strong sales drive and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and deliver outstanding service.
