Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program to understand services and then apply your skills to proposals and presentations that drive sales. The role emphasizes a customer-focused approach, a results-driven environment, and a plan to exceed targets in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred (prospecting & cold calling).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with ability to work independently.
• Ability to obtain required industry licenses provided by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure outstanding service.
