Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing Commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You will join a results-driven team, complete a comprehensive training program, and learn to inspect infestations, develop proposals, and present solutions to drive sales while maintaining outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales; prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Will be required to obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
