Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to new and existing commercial customers, within hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You will learn Rentokil’s programs and provide solutions through proposals and presentations that drive growth. This full-time role requires strong communication, a hunter mentality, and willingness to travel up to 100% within territory; benefits start day one, and compensation combines base

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.
Self-motivated, hunter's mentality; ability to work independently.
Travel up to 100% within assigned territory(s).
Must pass pre-employment background screen.

Responsibilities

Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil program offerings and pricing.
Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
