Job summary

Auris Payroll, now part of Acrisure, seeks a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present Auris solutions, and close sales with small to mid-sized businesses. You’ll start with training alongside PDM/PTM before setting your own schedule to maximize commissions and residuals.

You will travel locally to meet business owners, perform on-site or face-to-face presentations, and leverage Atlas CRM for lead generation and contract processing. 100% commission structure with residuals is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Successful pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, networking.
• Ability to work in the field 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Atlas) per policy.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Continuously build knowledge of product portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Additional duties as needed.
