Job summary

Auris Payroll is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor in New Jersey to prospect, present Auris solutions, and close deals with small to mid-sized merchants. You will report to the Payroll Division Manager and work with the Territory Manager to drive new business in a fast sales cycle.

During training you will be supported by regional leaders and Salesforce-based tools, then you’ll manage your own schedule with opportunities for uncapped commissions and residuals as you grow the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Salesforce) and ensure accurate call notes.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Build knowledge of Auris products and fintech industry trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
