Job summary

The Meier Agency is seeking an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to develop and advance sales reps and future leaders. You will design and deliver training programs, lead interactive sessions, and provide coaching to help reps grow and achieve their career goals.

You'll recruit and mentor new team members, stay current with industry trends, and master the company’s products, CRM, and sales processes while driving field-based B2B activity and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for developing future leaders.
• Strong background in sales, preferably insurance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching families and teams.
• Positive, energetic attitude and growth mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license.

Responsibilities

• Implement training programs for sales reps and leaders.
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas.
