Job summary

Meier Agency is hiring an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to develop new reps and future leaders. This role involves hands-on training, field B2B sales, and continual coaching to grow a sales book and leadership pipeline.

You will deliver in-person and online sessions, learn our products and processes, and drive a positive, growth-focused sales culture with strong customer service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for developing future leaders.
• Strong sales background; insurance industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a growth mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and training tools.
• Experience with sales software (CRM) is beneficial.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license and understand regulations.
• Good primary computer skills.
• Able to analyze complex insurance concepts and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
