Job summary

Cousino Restoration & Environmental is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and manage a new restoration services territory in the Ann Arbor metro area. This field-based role focuses on developing referral partnerships with insurance agents, property managers, and commercial facilities to drive growth.

You'll leverage a proven referral pipeline, meet weekly with partners, and expand your network to generate revenue.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years of B2B outside sales.
• Like opening doors and earning a second meeting.
• Care about long-term relationships over quick closes.
• Can manage your own calendar and stay accountable to numbers.
• Take coaching well without needing step-by-step direction.
• Can identify high-potential prospects and present to owners/managers.
• Preferred: experience selling services to commercial clients.
• A plus: restoration, insurance, property management, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, or senior living experience.

Responsibilities

• Walk into offices, agencies, and shops to introduce yourself and the company.
• Prospect new referral partners by phone, cold outreach, and in person.
• Hold discovery meetings to learn how partners handle losses today.
• Explain emergency response, mitigation, and restoration capabilities clearly.
• Attend association meetings and industry events.
• Maintain a current pipeline in CRM and follow up consistently.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to service new projects.
