Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B sales experience
• Experience in commercial services, property management, facilities, or related industries is a plus
• CRM experience including Salesforce
• Strong communication and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with commercial clients across your assigned territory
• Grow new business through proactive outreach, networking, site visits, and prospecting plan
• Develop existing accounts through discussion and facility assessments, provide service proposals
• Deliver prompt, professional communication to customers throughout the sales cycle
• Utilize a CRM to log activity and stay on track
• Partner with Operations to ensure seamless job execution and customer experiences
• Support clients to resolve concerns promptly
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
