Job summary

Cousino Restoration & Environmental is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for restoration services in the Greater Ann Arbor Metro and Southeast Michigan region. This field-based role offers a $65K–$75K base plus uncapped commissions and $100K+ income potential, with a company vehicle or vehicle allowance and a protected territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Like opening doors and earning a second meeting.
• Care more about relationships that last years than a quick close.
• Can manage your own calendar and still hold yourself accountable to numbers.
• Take coaching well without needing someone to direct every step.
• Can tell which prospects are worth the most time.
• Present clearly and comfortably to business owners and managers.

Responsibilities

• Walk into property management offices, insurance agencies, and contractor shops to introduce yourself and the company.
• Prospect new referral partners by phone, cold outreach, and in person.
• Hold consultative discovery meetings to learn how a partner handles losses today.
• Explain our emergency response, mitigation, and restoration capabilities in plain terms.
• Attend association meetings, networking functions, and some after-hours industry events.
• Follow up consistently and keeping your pipeline current in CRM.
• Work with operations and leadership so the relationships you've built are well served when a project comes in.
