Job summary

Cousino Restoration & Environmental is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to build and manage a B2B outside sales territory in the Greater Toledo metro area, including Monroe & Lenawee counties. You will develop a book of business, prospect through multiple channels, and convert relationships into ongoing opportunities with uncapped commission.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B outside sales, a valid driver’s license, and strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and networking events throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a protected territory in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
• Prospect by phone, cold outreach, and in-person visits to contractors, property managers, and insurers.
• Build a referral-based book of business and nurture relationships for recurring opportunities.
• Track pipeline and activities in CRM; communicate progress with leadership.
