Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development and manage a defined territory. You will educate contractors, remodelers, and builders on our products, building long-term relationships and meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B outside sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience with Salesforce. A college degree is preferred, though not required.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of territory management and B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience with CRM software to manage sales activity (Salesforce).
• Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect clients within your territory and manage leads.
• Meet face-to-face with contractors, remodelers and builders to demonstrate value.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships and understand their needs.
• Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
