Modernistic Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial client base across Michigan. This full-time role rewards hunter mentality, relationship-building, and a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, site visits, and strategic proposals.

You'll manage service opportunities, collaborate with Operations, and leverage a CRM to exceed annual targets while delivering world-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial services, facilities, or related industries is a plus.
• Salesforce or CRM experience is helpful.
• Strong follow-through and self-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with commercial clients across your assigned territory.
• Grow new business through proactive outreach, networking, site visits, and prospecting.
• Develop existing accounts through discussions and facility assessments, provide service proposals (bids).
• Deliver prompt, professional communication to customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Log activity in a CRM to stay on track.
• Partner with Operations to ensure seamless job execution and customer experience.
