Job summary

Cousino Restoration & Environmental is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build a new restoration services territory in the Greater Ann Arbor area. This field-based role focuses on developing relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and commercial clients.

You will manage a pipeline, conduct discovery meetings, explain our emergency response, mitigation, and restoration capabilities, and close opportunities with a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Experience selling services to commercial clients is a plus.
• Comfort using CRM to manage pipeline and activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a new restoration services territory in the Ann Arbor area.
