Job summary

UniFirst, a global leader in uniform rental and facility service solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in an assigned territory. You will prospect, present on-site, and close multi-year service agreements while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in related services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; receptive to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads in a defined territory through calls, networking, and visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to onboard customers.
