UniFirst, a global leader in uniform rental and facility services, seeks a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business in a defined territory across the United States. You will prospect, present on-site, and close multi-year service agreements with business clients, while maintaining CRM records and building long-term relationships.

Qualifikationen

0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant sectors.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Aufgaben

Prospect and qualify leads across assigned territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
