Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven Sales Executive for the Greater Seattle market. The role focuses on new-business B2B sales, prospecting, onsite assessments, and closing recurring-service contracts.

You will build relationships with property managers and facility managers, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional sales experience.
• Experience in B2B outside sales and generating self-sourced opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through targeted B2B prospecting and outbound activity.
• Conduct onsite facility assessments to tailor solutions and proposals.
• Present solutions to decision-makers and close recurring-service agreements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate CRM documentation in Dynamics.
