Job summary

Townsquare Interactive in Flint is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to drive digital marketing growth for local businesses. You’ll prospect, close and expand opportunities, working closely with Townsquare Media sellers to maximize digital revenue.

This full-time, office-based role offers uncapped commissions, a monthly car allowance, generous PTO and holiday time, plus comprehensive benefits and training to help you advance in a fast-paced, regional sales organization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Able to manage a local territory and close in-person sales.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new B2B opportunities in the local territory.
• Schedule and lead in-person consultations with business decision-makers.
• Deliver customized marketing solutions to address client needs.
• Partner with radio sellers to expand digital revenue within shared accounts.
• Coach and support Account Executives on digital strategy and co-selling.
• Set and exceed individual and market sales goals with the Sales Director.
