Job summary

TruGreen is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Professional to grow our lawn care services in the Wheaton area. You will target property managers, schools, sports facilities, and large businesses, presenting tailored proposals and securing long-term contracts.

Responsibilities include prospecting new commercial accounts, managing CRM-driven pipelines, and coordinating with branch teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. A valid driver's license and 0–1 years of B2B sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university.
• 0–1 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Landscaping, lawncare, tree and shrub or pest experience is a PLUS.
• Knowledge of CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans to clients such as property managers, schools, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurants, banks or similar companies.
• Presents proposals for lawncare services and programs and negotiates long-term contracts.
• Generates new B2B revenue by prospecting and adding commercial customers.
• Negotiates price and design using company guidelines and CRM tools.
• Generates leads and manages projects and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Coordinates with local branch management and service teams to ensure project success.
