Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Professional B2B sales representative to grow the portfolio in the Saint Charles area. You will target property managers, large corporations, and sports facilities to close contracts and drive revenue in an assigned territory.

The role focuses on presenting lawn care programs, negotiating terms, and managing accounts with a portfolio typically under $500K in annual revenue. A valid driver's license is required for travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university or related work experience.
• 0 – 1 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes plans to small to large businesses such as property managers, schools, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurants, banks or any company needing lawn care products/services.
• Presents Proposals for lawncare services and programs along with obtaining long term contracts.
• Generates new B2B sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
• Negotiates price and design by using company guidelines and CRM.
• Generates leads through CRM to manage projects, opportunities and contact information.
