Ultimate Staffing seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Tampa, FL to drive new business and support existing clients. This role offers a base salary of $38,000–$40,000 with OTE $60,000–$90,000 plus a full benefits package.

You'll handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify opportunities, manage CRM activities, and collaborate with Account Managers to grow the sales pipeline. This is a direct-hire opportunity with weekday hours and advancement potential.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer service, inside sales, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
