Job summary

MiconeStaffing is hiring a motivated B2B Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV. You will grow our customer base by developing new B2B accounts and expanding existing ones through outbound calls, emails, and strong relationship management.

Responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, traveling to customer visits and tradeshows (approximately 10 trips per year), and hitting revenue and gross profit targets. A college degree and solid Excel/CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• B2B inside sales experience is required or strongly preferred.
• College degree is required.
• Strong math skills; good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, ACT; comfortable with internet research.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers through outbound calls, email, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Grow revenue and gross profit within assigned accounts.
• Re-engage inactive or underperforming accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales, gross profit, prospecting, and new-account goals.
