Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through outbound calls (about 50 per day) to build B2B relationships.
• Implement marketing strategies including e-campaigns, direct mail, and drip marketing.
• Collaborate with outside sales by providing marketing insights and intelligence reports.
• Develop target lists and present safety solutions to decision-makers like safety managers and contractors.
• Shadow the outside sales team to gain hands-on field sales experience and client engagement.
• Maintain organized CRM data and track progress in the database.
• Learn the full product line and industry to become a trusted resource in fall protection.
