Crane Pest Control Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to sell pest control solutions to diverse industries. You will leverage an iconic brand and industry leadership while driving growth through strategic client engagement and technical product knowledge.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, building relationships, achieving sales targets, and using sales software to prepare agreements. The role offers a path to leadership and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Crane's products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and uphold quality and safety.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interiors and exteriors of customer properties and communicate findings.
