Job summary

tggaccounting in Akron, OH is seeking an HR Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales for payroll, HR, and benefits services across Northeast Ohio. You will prospect, manage a full pipeline, present proposals to owners, and cross-sell both HR consulting and insurance/benefits offerings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Ideally 3–5 years in a related B2B role such as payroll, banking, IT services, or accounting services.
• Track record of sustained success in past sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage a full sales pipeline—outbound outreach, qualified leads, and inbound inquiries.
• Present proposals to business owners and decision-makers.
• Cross-sell HR consulting and insurance/benefits services to the same client base.
