Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect, present, and close opportunities.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience with cold calling and new business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Passion for improving payroll and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Sell payroll services and HR solutions, including payroll processing, workers' compensation programs, HR services, and employee benefits solutions.
• Identify and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and canvassing.
• Build and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized businesses.
• Generate referrals through networking groups and community involvement.
• Cross-sell additional services within existing accounts.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiate proposals, and close new business.
• Meet and exceed sales activity and revenue goals.
