Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in Northeast Ohio to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. You will identify, qualify, and convert potential clients while partnering with account managers to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of success in meeting sales goals.
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data organization.
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
• Outgoing, dynamic personality with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and presenting solutions.
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining capabilities, handling objections, and preparing contacts.
• Prospect a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Use CRM to maintain customer information and manage the Hot 25 list.
• Collaborate with account managers, operations, and marketing teams.
