You will identify prospects, tailor solutions, and manage relationships to meet client needs while contributing to marketing strategies and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes direct client engagement, product demonstrations, and proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
• At least five years of related sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers to identify product needs and suggests suitable solutions.
• Demonstrates product features and benefits to customers.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and resolves post‑sale issues.
• Maintains ongoing communication about new products and enhancements.
• Keeps detailed reports of sales activities and forecasts territory performance.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
