The Meier Agency is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Trainer to join our growing team. The role offers the potential to transition into a Team Leader position, managing your own sales team, with rapid growth and proven proficiency rewards.

We provide field training by top agents, performance-based advancement, and 4 company-sponsored vacation trips per year, with passive renewal income and stock ownership options. In-person outside sales with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business to business sales preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain) with licensing reimbursement offered.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience; candidates near degree completion considered.

Responsibilities
