Job summary

Trelevate is seeking a dynamic B2B Outside Field Sales Trainer to grow with us. This hands-on, in-the-field role coaches, trains, and closes deals alongside our sales team as they connect with local business owners to deliver cutting-edge internet upgrades.

The position offers base salary plus uncapped commissions with first-year OTE $70K–$120K, comprehensive benefits, 401K, PTO and a clear growth path as Trelevate expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside B2B sales (Telecommunications experience preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A love for the thrill of the close and helping others do the same.
• Solid comfortability with CRM / Technology.
• Field Training Experience with team of 5+ in B2B - Preferred.
• Self-driven, coachability, and a team-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams to exceed goals.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners across your local market.
• Demonstrate consultative selling to identify cost-reduction and risk-control opportunities.
• Develop sales talent through shadowing, feedback, and live coaching.
• Drive consistent daily activity and accountability to achieve results.
