Trelevate in Flower Mound, TX is hiring a B2B Outside Field Sales Trainer to lead from the front, coach, train, and close deals alongside our sales team as they connect with local business owners to deliver cutting-edge internet upgrades.

This hands-on, in-the-field role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions (OTE $70K–$120K), comprehensive benefits, 401K, PTO, and clear growth opportunities within a nationwide expansion program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside B2B sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A love for the thrill of the close and helping others do the same
• Solid comfortability with CRM / Technology
• Field Training Experience with team of 5+ in B2B - Preferred
• Self-driven, coachability, and a team-first mentality

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams to exceed goals.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners across your local market.
• Demonstrate consultative selling to identify cost-reduction and risk-control opportunities.
• Develop sales talent through shadowing, feedback, and live coaching.
• Drive consistent daily activity and accountability to achieve results.
