Job summary

Trelevate is expanding its sales team and seeks a dynamic B2B Outside Field Sales Trainer in Texas to coach and close deals alongside the local sales team with business owners. This hands-on, in-the-field role offers opportunities to develop top-performing professionals and drive real community impact.

You will lead trainings, conduct in-person meetings, and apply consultative selling to reduce costs and manage risk while supporting ongoing growth and national expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside B2B sales (Telecommunications experience preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills - you know how to connect and earn trust.
• A love for the thrill of the close and helping others do the same.
• Solid comfortability with CRM / Technology.
• Field Training Experience with team of 5+ in B2B - Preferred.
• Self-driven, coachability, and a team-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams to exceed goals.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners across your local market.
• Demonstrate consultative selling to identify cost-reduction and risk-control opportunities.
• Develop sales talent through shadowing, feedback, and live coaching.
• Drive consistent daily activity and accountability to achieve results.
