Job summary

Trelevate is expanding its sales team and seeks a dynamic B2B Outside Field Sales Trainer. This hands-on role coaches, trains, and closes deals alongside our local sales teams, meeting business owners in the field to deliver internet upgrades.

Strong candidates have outside B2B sales experience, CRM comfort, and a talent for coaching others. Expect competitive base pay with uncapped commissions and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside B2B sales (Telecommunications experience preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills - you know how to connect and earn trust.
• A love for the thrill of the close and helping others do the same.
• Solid comfortability with CRM / Technology.
• Field Training Experience with team of 5+ in B2B - Preferred.
• Self-driven, coachability, and a team-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams to exceed goals.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners across your local market.
• Demonstrate consultative selling to identify cost-reduction and risk-control opportunities.
• Develop sales talent through shadowing, feedback, and live coaching.
• Drive consistent daily activity and accountability to achieve results.
