Job summary

Trelevate is seeking a dynamic B2B Outside Field Sales Trainer to coach, train, and close deals alongside our local sales teams in Irving, TX. This hands-on role is in-the-field, not a desk job, and focuses on elevating the performance of business owners through consultative selling of our fiber upgrade solutions.

You will lead from the front, develop talent, and drive daily activity while representing the nation’s leading fiber provider.

Qualifications

• Proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Telecommunications experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency and comfort with technology.
• Field training experience (5+ in B2B) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams to exceed goals.
• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners in your market.
• Demonstrate consultative selling to identify opportunities.
• Develop sales talent through coaching and shadowing.
• Drive daily activity and accountability to achieve results.
