UniFirst is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in a defined territory. You will prospect, present, and close multi-year service agreements for uniform rental and facility services.

Ideal candidates have 0-2+ years in B2B sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, strong negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, coachable mindset. This on-site role in Santa Fe Springs, CA offers a base plus uncapped commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in related industries (uniform rental, industrial supply, etc.).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and qualify leads in a defined territory via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
