Express Employment International (US) in Bossier City, LA seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow our B2B technology solutions portfolio. You will prospect, present, and close deals with office and IT buyers, traveling to client sites and building lasting relationships.

A results-driven, self-motivated hunter thrives here. Base salary plus commission, with expected first-year earnings of $80,000–$95,000.

Formación

• Outside sales experience in B2B/tech preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business.
• Self-motivated and able to manage an independent sales territory.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn technology.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate office technology and business solutions.
• Present products, prepare quotes, and negotiate sales opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing and installation.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information using CRM software.
• Meet sales goals while developing long-term customer relationships.
