Talus Pay is seeking a dynamic Solution Consultant to drive B2B sales in a field-based role across Florida. You will set appointments, build relationships with merchants, and present a customizable POS solution designed to increase efficiency and savings for small to mid-size businesses.

In this 12-week program, you will develop a pipeline, cold-call prospects, and manage accounts while working toward uncapped earning potential through base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a quota-driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium size clients.
• Experience with cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
• Experience developing a plan to effectively build your pipeline and generate top line revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads in a B2B environment, complemented by referrals.
• Retain clients by building relationships and growing portfolios through relationship management and cross consulting.
• Represent the values of embodying the highest ethical standards and treating others with dignity, respect, and genuine concern.
• Able to commit fully to our 12-week program without interruption.
