Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in related industries.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and coachable.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable vehicle; auto insurance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory via cold calls, networking, referrals and visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update CRM with client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
