UniFirst, a global leader in uniform rental and facility service solutions, is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative in Caldwell, NJ. You will drive new business growth, prospect, present on-site, and close multi-year service agreements with business clients.

Qualifications

0-2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred in related industries.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify leads in the defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services.
Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
