Job summary

TruFit Staffing, Inc. is seeking a driven Business Development professional to grow our South King County market. The role combines 25% office work and 75% field sales, with daily in-person client interactions and a focus on cold calling to build a solid client base.

Expectations include approximately 30 B2B in-person calls daily, with success in turning seeds into long-term partnerships as the book grows. Compensation starts in the 65k–80k range first year and can exceed 100k in subsequent

Qualifications

• 1 year B2B outside sales experience.
• Comfortable navigating Google Workspace / CRM / ATS.
• Experience with light industrial environments and positions.
• Perceptive and open to working with individuals from all backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads in your market and convert them into customers.
• Understand the positions to be filled and communicate details with recruiters.
• Leverage networks, trade organizations, and social media to promote the brand.
• In-person cold calling, text, phone, and email outreach.
• Keep detailed CRM records up to date.
• Build relationships with clients with high EQ and clear communication.
• Meet daily/weekly/quarterly goals and metrics.
• Collaborate with recruiters and senior management to align placements with market expectations.
• Cross-sell to current clients across employment verticals TruFit recruits for.
