This hands-on, field-focused role thrives on prospecting, face-to-face engagement, and ambitious sales targets across the Conroe, Tyler, Amarillo and nearby markets in TX and OK.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Experience in B2B sales, prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face selling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative selling with ability to handle objections.
• Proactive, persistent, self-motivated to meet targets.
• Strong organisational skills and pipeline management.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business clients via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects by understanding staffing needs, budgets, and hiring timelines.
• Schedule client meetings and handover qualified job opportunities to recruitment team.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
• Develop territory sales plans and identify high-potential accounts.
• Grow existing client relationships and upsell services.
• Collaborate with internal team to deliver staffing solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and comply with legal and company requirements.
